Balram Banskota and Jeong-eun Hwang

Balram Banskota is a veteran communist and a leader of the Nepali Communist Party. Jeong-eun Hwang is the general secretary of the International Strategy Centre in Korea. Both organizations are part of the International Peoples’ Assembly (Asia).
