M Mukhlesur Rahman Chowdhury

The author is a former Minister and Adviser to the President of Bangladesh. He has been a researcher on politics, senior editor of Birkbeck Law Review and editor in chief of Bangladesh Worldwide. Chowdhury achieved distinction in a research course in the King's College under King's-UNHCR Scholarship. Previously Mukhles Chowdhury served as the Press Secretary to the President of Bangladesh and was also the President of Overseas Correspondents Association Bangladesh (OCAB).
