There were at least seven billionaires, including Apple CEO Tim Cook; Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani, the richest Indian; Mahindra & Mahindra conglomerate chairman Anand Mahindra, and brokerage firm founder Nikhil Kamath.
Other business titans in the room were Alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, ZScaler founder Jagtar Chaudhry, FedEx Corporation EO and President Rajesh Subramaniam, Abode CEO Shantanu Narayen, as well as OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, Boeing CEO David Calhoun and several other executives. Prominent names from the entertainment industry like Mindy Kaling, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Aasif Mandvi and others, were missing from the list, director M. Night Shyamalan and actor Maulik Pancholy represented the South Asian Americans.

Several dishes feature millets, as the United Nations has declared 2023 the International Year of Millets, recognizing the grain’s environmental sustainability. The menu included a first course of marinated millet and grilled corn kernel salad with compressed watermelon and a main course of stuffed portobello mushrooms and saffron-infused risotto. A rose and cardamom-infused strawberry shortcake was served for dessert.
