Meher Bhagia
The author has completed her PhD in Architecture from Pennsylvania State University, USA in 2022. Prior to joining Penn State, she studied Urban Design from CEPT University, India. Her current research focuses on urban land grab, land inequality, and housing crisis in the Global South.
