Anthony Howell
Anthony Howell is a graduate student at SOAS, University of London, where he will graduate with an MA in Global Diplomacy. He also holds a dual MA/MSc in International and World History from Columbia University and LSE and a BA in Political Science from NJCU. His research interests include Asian Regionalism, Post-Colonial Institutions, and US Foreign Policy.
