Assange Affidavit | Classified Information In The United States | Wiki Leaks

You can view the links above to the actual US Indictment and Affidavit of the Arrest Warrant against Julian Assange which states the US case for their Arrest Warrant against him. Both documents are publicly available at Scribd.
When you read it you will realise that the US Case rests on their “assumption” that Assange “may have” published the sensitive documents and includes a specific single charge of “conspiracy to commit computer intrusion” that may or may not have succeeded.
Assange did not hack any US Department of Defence databases, in fact the intercepted chat conversations between Manning and himself obtained by the US indicate that he did not even have the ability or skill to unencrypt (hack) the Windows Vista Security Accounts Manager (SAM) database; and that to, in an attempt to obtain a File Transfer Protocol or FTP password which did not belong to a human but to a machine. (This was what Manning requested of Assange so that he would be able to cover his tracks).
The US case against him is very weak and he will be able to fight it in London under the European Convention on Human Rights Act or if the UN gives him Protected Person Status as a Political Refugee, (which surprisingly they have so far been dis-inclined to grant). The Affidavit does however clearly show that it was Manning who wilfully handed over Top Secret Information to someone he “thought” was Assange.
Manning seemed to have been suffering from severe PTSD based on what he saw and what he did in Iraq and it appears that he needed to exorcise the demons in his conscience. In many ways, he is the innocent in this piece of theatre. However, what he did is a clear Act of Treason as his job required him to be sworn to secrecy.
Assange, on the other hand, manipulatively played and milked Manning for Information that would have been otherwise impossible for a man of Assange’s limited ability to ever obtain.
Fame and the glory as well as being seduced by the hype and the glamour, Assange saw this as an opportunity to travel the world attending conferences and giving speeches, media interviews, meeting women and being feted as some sort of “Hero of Our Times”; with, all the while Manning doing the hard work of evading notice whilst accessing, downloading and transmitting deeply classified information.
Reading the Affidavit, you being to realise that there was none of the Media Hyped intrigue of deep, complicated, systematic hacking of complex “dark pool” databases by hyper-intelligent, semi-autistic “do gooders”; Fighting for Freedom. The engine behind the WikiLeaks charade was Manning; who used (his/her) position and willingly just handed the data over, which Assange then went on to publish or “leak” into the public domain. (Manning handed over in excess of 780,000 documents).
It will be impossible to convict Assange in the United States of the charge of “conspiracy to commit computer intrusion” as Assange is shown to have failed and been abjectly incapable of hacking anything, (as the Affidavit clearly shows).
Assange entered Belmarsh Prison at Her Majesty’s Pleasure on the 11th of April and as yet there has been no expected data release. (The encrypted data files or so-called “Dead Man Switch”. His Insurance Policy, which he promised to release if ever he was arrested).
WikiLeaks seems nothing but a massive dis-information front operation run by the Five Eyes. They have never implicated an MP from the UK, Canadian, Australian or New Zealand Parliaments; they have however exposed Hillary Clinton and tangentially implicated Barack Obama, but not Donald Trump. A vast amount of information has been released on countries that are straying; or have strayed, off the Anglo-American hymn sheet and have then been coerced back into line. Assange himself is a entity with absolutely no educational qualifications but an ability to penetrate primitive firewall enabled databases during the initial days of the Internet, when the network was run by the US Department of Defence with a connection to Europe via the “Big Pipe” at Imperial College in London. He acquired this skill and training, (whilst being employed and paid by a Grant from the National Security Agency – NSA and DARPA — Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) to test the vulnerability and security of those primitive networks, which at that time required a knowledge of UNIX command-line typed instructions.
Painting Assange as a Hero of Free Speech, a Martyr to the cause of Human Rights and an Icon of Investigative Journalism, is falling into a profound Propaganda Trap; enabled by the same Authorities that sold you Iraq’s Weapons of Mass Destruction and Tony Blair’s famous claim of Saddam Hussein’s ability to launch them within 45 minutes, (WMDs that 20 plus years on from the total devastation of Iraqi Society, the US/EU/NATO and UK Powers are still unable to locate. The bold 45 minute claim itself being plagiarised from a PhD Student’s Thesis and quoted out of context).
Manning, on the other hand, is an example of the American Working Class leading the way forward for the rest of the World’s Workers to emulate in their quest for Truth. His Affidavit (on the 5th of May, 2019), which you can read in full here as to reasons why he will not betray the identities of fellow collaborators to a Grand Jury is an amazing document on the Common Man’s will to resist the System and their demand that the System be Just and that Truth prevail. Yet Manning (and his story) receive less than zero coverage whereas the media cannot get enough of Assange.
What is likely to happen to Assange is that he will be held by the UK Authorities, (as in the 50 weeks he has been given for bail violation). If, during that time, the Conservatives were to lose the possible upcoming snap election and Labour were to win then Assange would be sent on to Sweden to face the rape charges against him, as rape is a far more serious offence than the US charge of unsuccessful hacking. (Swedish rape trials are held in secret without a jury but in front of a panel of 3 judges; 2 of whom are political nominees). Sweden currently has an overwhelming Social Democratic and Green Party Coalition Government after their recent elections in January 2019.
This will allow the UK to claim “plausible deniability”. He then just needs to hold out till 2020 with a possible change of guard in the White House. After all, the man spent 7 years holed up in a small room. What’s another few months.
He will go on to write a book, sell the rights to his movie, (which will be a BlockBuster Hit), become a millionaire (just like the Great Socialist Bernie Saunders; who recently released 10 years worth of his tax returns which reveal him to be a wealthy millionaire within the top 1% of US Society), and will quietly disappear from the limelight and into the haze of distant memory; however with all the attendant royalties intact. Perhaps he may even delve into the curious case of his childhood which involved growing up in a peculiar extreme Right-Wing Cult called the Santineketan Park Association, created by his mother during their time in Melbourne, which seemed to have had some sort of financial backing from Sweden and a deeply “Aryan Purity” creed.
Manning, on the other hand, is in big trouble; and rightly so, for submitting Classified Documents to a possible “Foreign Agent”, which compromised US Security. Assange was the decoy used to identify the leak within the US Armed Forces (Manning). The DoD suspected who the perpetrator was but needed water-tight proof before arresting and convicting Manning. Assange played the perfect role of the Agent Provocateur, the entity that incites the riot and then quietly disappears in the ensuing chaos leaving no clue as to who or what started it all.
In the United Kingdom, the professional “Riot Instigators” are members of the Police Force and Security Services, who honed their skills during the Troubles in Northern Ireland.
Coincidentally, on the night of the 18th of April 2019, riots suddenly breakout unexpectedly in Derry, Northern Ireland, resulting in the death of a 29 year old journalist, Lyra McKee. The trigger that set the fuse remains unknown but comes at a time when the Protestant and Catholic populations of the enclave are starting to unite and make a common stand for closer integration with the Republic of Ireland and thus; to remain within the European Union; in defiance of the rampant British Exit confusion in London.
Assange; with his connection to Pseudo-Guru Cults of Indo-Aryan Mythology, which were predominant in Europe during the 1970s and 80s, remains an enigma and a mystery.
