    Narindra Nath Bhatia

    Col NN Bhatia was commissioned in the Indian Army in 1963 and took part in 1965 War and 1971 Bangladesh Liberation War. He retired from the Army in 1995 and is now involved in the welfare of war widows, human rights and peace initiatives especially in getting the Indian POWs held in Pakistan since 1971 war. He has appeared on NDTV and other TV channels on these issues. He Is in touch with many like-minded intellectuals, journalists & peace activists both in India and abroad. He has authored 4 books and is a prolific writer on matters military, national and international security, human rights & his articles are published in numerous journals in India and abroad.
